Forms of Energy- Paul Akande
What is Kinetic Energy?

Kinetic energy is the energy of motion.  It is the after-effect of Potential Energy.  An example of kinetic energy would be an arrow that is flying through the air.  This was caused because after energy was stored from pulling the string back, the stored energy was waiting to be released.  After the resistance was released on the string, all the stored energy went through the arrow and the arrow flew through the air.
